TURNAROUND FOR INTERIOR FORMATTING?
Depending on the time of year, the project size, and my workload, turnarounds can range from
1-14 days or 2 hours. I typically need the working file 1-2 weeks before the deadline (release date). When you submit your project request and the design date is set, make sure to send the following before we start.
Word doc. or docx. file of edited manuscript
Any extra interior images (300dpi)

ARE THERE ADDITIONAL/HIDDEN FEES?
While there are no hidden fees, additional fees are present upon certain circumstances. Although, these circumstances are rare. Your final quote is set-in-stone. If additional fees are applied during the designing process, you will be notified immediately. Additional fees include:
A $50 rush fee if a manuscript needs to be designed, promptly, 24 hours before the set release date/deadline.
A $20 late fee if a manuscript is sent 4+ days later than agreed booking without initial notification.
50% of your final quote must be paid upon booking. This solidifies your booking and there are no exceptions to this.
HOW DO I SUBMIT MY FILES?
When your booking date has come, simply email all needed files to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you are set for print designing, your Word document should be unformatted, with the exception of scene breaks (please label with *** or #), chapter headings, and indents. Please remove all images and keep any emboldened or italicized text as is. If you are sending images for your cover or brand design, assure that they are at 300dpi (image resolution) or higher. Sending files through Dropbox or Google Drive is all right as long as a link is provided or I've been added to the folder.
CAN I HAVE A REFUND?
Deposits and payments are only 100% refundable if work hasn't been started. Please wait 1-5 business days to see the refund. If the work process has already begun, no refund can be issued.
